Fuwairit Kite Beach Resort is a brand new world-class kiteboarding destination in the northern part of Qatar. Fuwairit Kite Beach is Hilton's resort designed exclusively for kiteboarding enthusiasts. The beach is very famous among kiteboarders all over the world because it provides ideal conditions for kiteboarding. This destination is known to be one of the best kiteboarding spots in Qatar. FKB is a paradise for kiteboarders. It's a wonderful location for everyone else who doesn't come primarily because of the wind. Windy or not, the FKB is designed for all day activities on water and on land. And if you need relaxation, FKB is full of interesting things that make life more pleasant.

The resort is part of Hilton's Tapestry Collection, focused on providing a unique atmosphere and atmosphere to kiteboarders from around the world. With a total of 40 rooms on the beach, guests can enjoy the natural lagoon that surrounds them in absolute peace. Every room in the resort has WiFi, air conditioning, walk-in shower, hair dryer and TV. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, in the resort you can find an outdoor pool, a yoga pavilion, a fitness center, beach soccer, beach volleyball, padel courts, a pool bar, a cafe and restaurant, and an outdoor cinema. Fuwairit KB is home to one of the longest kiteboarding seasons in the world, running from November to July with sideshore winds of 15-30 knots. The unique natural setting and shallow lagoon make it perfect for kiters of all levels and covers all disciplines, including twin tip, kitefoil and wingfoil. Fuwairit Kite Beach Resort has been certified by the International Kiteboarding Organization (IKO), signifying its commitment to safety and standards. Fuwairit KB was chosen for its optimal kiteboarding conditions which include a sandy beach, shallow water lagoon and constant sideshore winds. The sea is shallow and flat, perfect for beginners and those who enjoy freestyle tricks. The spot is very safe, the wind always blows directly from the ocean, so it is always very constant, and refuli are rare. There are no dangers on the spot. The seabed is primarily sandy, interspersed with grassy areas, and there are no rocks or corals. For more advanced kiters, the open ocean is a short distance from the spot and offers tempting kickers and waves. From November to July, thermal winds blow almost every day. On a light wind day, expect around 15 knots and on high wind days up to 35 knots, but average wind speeds are steady around 18-20 knots most days. For twin tip boards, 9 and 12 meter kites are the most common sizes. The sea temperature in February is around 20 degrees Celsius. Daily air temperatures during the winter months are a pleasant 22-26 degrees Celsius. During the winter months, it is sufficient to use a short or long neoprene with a thickness of 3/2 mm. Due to the colder nights, it is necessary to take long pants and a hoodie. On the spot, you will find spacious storage for kite equipment with lockers, showers and changing rooms, all included in the price of the package. Kiteboarding school and equipment rental can be arranged after booking the trip.

We will travel with Turkish Airlines from Zagreb, Franjo Tuđman Airport. Our meeting point will be Franjo Tuđman Airport, departure gate. We will travel on connecting flights Zagreb-Istanbul-Doha. Food is provided on both flights. We have an organized transfer service from Hamad International Airport in Doha to our resort, which will take 1 hour on a modern highway. Estimated arrival time is the next day. Luggage that can be carried in the price: Standard checked baggage 30 kg (max size L+W+H 158cm) + hand luggage 8 kg ( 23x40x55 cm) + 1 personal item 4 kg (40x30x15 cm). Extra kiteboarding luggage is charged additionally per direction.
